Russian Translation Agent (20 hours per week)

Job description

Rentman has a surprisingly active and loyal group of Russian users, who even started their own group on Facebook to exchange Rentman tips. To help these users and shape the future of Rentman’s presence within the Russian speaking markets we are looking for a Russian translator.

As a translator, you will be responsible for adapting the content of our Support Center, Product Updates and Marketing content for the Russian market and our Russian speaking customers. In this role you will collaborate closely with colleagues from the UX team and Marketing team. You will generate and translate both new and existing content for the success of our customers to make sure that our Russian users get the most value out of our product.

This is a partial time position in which you can have flexibility in choosing working hours, but expected to do business hours to be reachable by colleagues,  Due to the Covid-19 regulations and in accordance with government measures, we all work remotely at the moment. This can change when measures change. When everything gets back to normal we will all be working from the office again.

What you should have

  • Native Russian speaker with great communication skills, both verbally as in writing.
  • Skilled in setting the right “Rentman” tone, grammar and spelling.
  • A great team collaborator, able to work across teams.
  • You can work on multiple projects at the same time with the ability to assess and prioritize projects that support growth.
  • Nice to have but not essential, one year of working experience in content generation, customer support.
